We Drive You

Our certified DML Travel Expert will drive with you from the USA to Costa Rica or any place in-between and he will make sure that you arrive safely to your destination.

Our DML Travel Expert will accompany you and assist with all bureaucratic border crossings, he will keep you company on those long stretches of desolate highway, he will interact with police and military at checkpoints or random stops, and he will make you laugh during a meal (not all his jokes are funny).

Our travel consultant is fluent in Spanish and worked in Law Enforcement for years.

So you ready to go to Costa Rica? It’s easy; 1) Pick you Travel Option; 2) Tell us who you are and when you want to go; 3) Make a non-refundable deposit so that we know you are serious, if we book the time for you we need you to commit.

We meet you at the location (of your choice) USA-Mexican border and our certified travel expert will share the driving duties 50/50 for $5000 + $75 per day stipend for food/hotel. If you are in a hurry, the drive can be done in 8 days. We’d recommend allocating two weeks for a more leisurely drive.

I am an art student from Honduras living in Savannah, GA. I am planning an 8 day drive from Savannah to Honduras next month. My parents are quite concerned with safety. Are things so bad that you would recommend not doing the drive? I would take necessary precautions like only driving during the day and taking safer routes.

I look forward to your reply.

  2. Hi Adrian,

We spent 4 months driving through Mexico (this time), a month in Belize, and we’ve been in Guatemala for the past 8 months (we have 5 kids). We’ve been completely safe and are having an amazing time. (This is our second time. In 2007 we drove from the U.S. to Costa Rica where we lived for a year.)
